It is THE sanctuary. Don't hesitate to book your retreat there. The peace is palpable. Staff is excellent. The whole experience is carefully and successfully planned out for you to have the highest experience in comfort, nature, yoga, wonderful food... you name it 🩷

This little corner of paradise is nestled in the homme of Andalousie. Expect nutritious and delicious foods, beautiful grounds, kind people and great meditation and yoga sessions. I went on a FLY ( yoga teacher training ) and it was the most amazing experience.

Back from the most amazing week in the Andalusian hills of Spain, immersing myself in Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training at Suryalila Retreat Centre. I’ve visited this wonderful retreat a few times, but this time I returned for the teacher training. Suryalila — the place is still as beautiful as ever, and the people too. Alongside the teachings and practices, being surrounded by nature, eating organic food off the land and spending time with such kind, authentic people makes it a very special place. A special thank you to Lidiya who puts her heart and soul into this training, and to Vidya Heisel for sharing her expansive knowledge of Yoga and for creating something so beautiful.

I attended the 50hr module Wise Movement, led by highly knowledgeable, wise and kind Lisa Dunn and Niamh Colfer. I highly recommend this course! The combination of strength training and neurobiodynamics made it a very holistic and complete approach. It was a very hands on training. We learned the "theory" by somatic practices which makes it I could experience the benefits immediately and I can now use it into my classes. Furthermore, I enjoyed staying at Suryalila (the accommodation, the delicious food, the sauna,nature, the stars and the shop :))

Incredible! I did my Yoga Teacher Training at the Suryalila Retreat Centre under the guidance of the beautiful and wise teachers (Vidya, Lisa & Catia). Once in a life time stuff. I build my physical strength and flexibility as well as inner resilience and spiritual knowledge.

The Frog Lotus Yoga Teacher Training is an exceptional course. I had a magical three weeks at the gorgeous Suryalila Retreat Centre in January 2023. The standard of teaching is amazing, the course is incredibly well planned and is delivered brilliantly. I have scoliosis with a fused thorasic spine and teachers were all incredibly supportive of this. They never pushed me past my physical limits and gave me extra support when and where I needed it. This experience has been life changing for me, my yoga practice has deepened theoretically, philosophically and physically. The connections I've made here are so deep and special and I'll never forget my time here. If you're considering training to become a teacher or wish to deepen your practice, I'd say go for FLY Teacher training, you won't regret it!
